notefrom

"Words cannot express what an honor it is to pay tribute to my idol Marilyn. As a child I absolutely adored and idolized her . I do it out of my absolute love, respect and admiration for her. It is also my proudest achievement that audiences express their appreciation of my impersonation of her.
Thankyou to her fans for keeping her memory alive. I shall continue to keep her light bright through my tribute.
Above all Thankyou to Norma Jean/Marilyn from the bottom of my heart. "

"As a performer; my career of Marilyn also led me to perform as the one and only Madonna. It has been a great delight and adventure to play Madonna.
I've also had tremendous enjoyment to perform some of my favorite moments of her early career to audiences.
Love her or Loathe her, she is one of a kind. And I have been truly blessed to be able to "express myself" and honor this artist diva in my tribute. Thankyou Madonna. "

"I have often been asked by many how I got into this business. This is a very complex answer with many layers. To best answer my fans this question. I had always admired Marilyn Monroe and I used to dream of being her and looking like her as a young girl.  When I found out in my teens about the impersonating business, I would often toy with the idea of actually making it a career to be my idol. I was often met by peers and family that this was an "absurd idea" , "what kind of job is that".

So believing what I was being told, not to mention my own fear of not

being good enough. After all we were talking about

"Marilyn Monroe", one of the most beloved and beautiful icons ever to grace the earth.

So believing all of this I shelved the dream for more "safe" ideas and jobs. Then 9/11 happened and all our lives changed physically and emotionally. During this tragic time I re-evaluated my life as so many of us have. I made the realization that I had been compromising my life to make others happy. That if I didn't try I would never know. So I went for broke and jumped into this business without a life preserver. Its now 4 years later and I do not regret a single second of my decision. It has been the most rewarding and happiest time in my life."

My words of wisdom to you is this:

Life is short and precious, don't be afraid to make a leap. Dare your dream to reality.
